Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of data for use in decision making processes across the department.
  • Facilitation of process and requirements workshops with granting staff and grant end users, interviews, surveys, as well as analysis and review of system documentation, process descriptions and task and workflow analysis.
  • Develop business process artefacts, model and assess benefits and risks of different requirements and implementation options.

Requirements:

  • Experience in business analysis in a range of contexts, including working closely with stakeholders to map business processes and determine business requirements.
  • Experience developing business process artefacts.
  • Experience in reviewing business processes to determine opportunities for streamlining or improvement.

About the Role: This is a great opportunity to work within a prominent Federal Government Department and join an established multidiscipline team. The successful ICT Business Analyst will be offered an initial 6 month contract with 3 month extension option, with rewarding hourly rates.
