About the Role

This is a permanent part-time opportunity at an established aged care facility. Your main duties will include:

  • Supporting residents to live independently and make choices about their lives
  • Assisting with daily hygiene tasks, such as showering, dressing, and continence management
  • Providing mobility assistance and contributing to the overall well-being of residents

You'll work within an established framework to deliver high-quality personal care tasks, prioritizing the needs and wants of each resident.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Certificate Level III (Individual Support)
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritize workloads and manage time effectively
  • Working knowledge of WH&S and Infection Control
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role in aged care, healthcare, or hospitality
