We are seeking an exceptional Compliance Specialist - Quality Assurance Lead to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of product quality, safety, and compliance across all our markets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance and quality assurance, preferably with experience in the furniture or FMCG industry. A solid understanding of relevant regulatory requirements and standards, such as ASTM, EN, ISO, and AS/NZS, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective quality control processes to ensure consistency and excellence in our products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including design, engineering, and supply chain, to ensure seamless product launches and meet customer expectations.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and guidance to colleagues on quality assurance best practices and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in compliance or quality assurance, preferably in the furniture or FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of implementing successful quality control processes and achieving significant improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
