The Regulatory Manager role reports directly to the Senior Regulatory Manager and is responsible for overseeing NSW regulatory affairs and engagement initiatives. This involves cultivating and managing professional relationships with key casino regulators.

You will be required to effectively manage competing priorities, provide support for the development of the regulatory team, and attend internal and external meetings. You will also draft correspondence and submissions while working collaboratively with stakeholders to assist The Star during its period of rapid transformation.

A few of your responsibilities:

- Develop, manage, and coordinate relations between regulatory bodies

- Support the business and ensure compliance with open, cooperative, and transparent engagement standards with regulators and provide feedback to enable pursuit of regulatory objectives

- Coordinate implementation of directions and response to notices from Government and regulators

- Provide support and regulatory advice to key business units to progress initiatives for approval and assist with knowledge of regulatory obligations

About you:

You are a proactive and strategic professional with a strong background in regulatory compliance and risk management. Your experience in building and managing relationships with government agencies and regulators positions you to drive regulatory compliance across the business.
