Job Title: Operational Cybersecurity Specialist

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in operational technology and cybersecurity to lead our team.


About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, manage, and deliver projects that meet client requirements.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and undertake projects within OT and Cyber Security market for critical infrastructure projects
  • Demonstrate ongoing technical competency and professional development and contribute to quality assurance activities
  • Act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues, facilitating their professional development
  • Use relationships with clients to identify and win upcoming work
  • Serve as a senior reviewer for projects across the company in your nominated area of expertise
  • Identify, communicate and manage project risks and opportunities throughout a project lifecycle
  • Manage programs of projects and deliver scope for major project deliveries

Qualifications:
  • A tertiary degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Robust knowledge of Operational Technology and Cyber Security standards and design arrangements
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with the team and internal and external clients
  • Experience in leadership of OT and cyber security pursuits and project delivery
  • A track record in building a strong pipeline of opportunities
