About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MH-60R Pilot/AvWO Instructor to join our team at CAE. As a key member of our defense and security business unit, you will play a critical role in helping our military customers develop and maintain the highest levels of mission readiness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide instruction and training to military personnel on MH-60R aircraft systems, operational procedures, and tactical techniques.
  • Develop and deliver curriculum for courses, including classroom and simulator instruction.
  • Assist as a Subject Matter Expert in the development of training programs and materials.
  • Conduct training device operation instruction and evaluate student performance.
  • Participate in airworthiness boards and assist with the resolution of airworthiness corrective action requests.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 500 command hours on multi-engine, multi-crew, medium helicopter, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years instructional experience in an aircrew training environment on military rotary wing platforms.
  • Must have completed at least one sea-going tour.
  • Minimum ACTC Level IV highly desired.
  • ASW dipping sonar experience highly desired.
  • Seahawk Weapons Tactics Instructor (SWTI) highly desired.
