Head Of Risk Enterprise Services

As a senior risk leader, you will oversee the development and implementation of risk management frameworks across enterprise services. You will leverage your expertise to drive strategic priorities and contribute to organisational success.

  • Lead the risk team in delivering effective control design and assurance programs within enterprise services.
  • Build meaningful relationships with senior leadership to drive risk capability and culture in the business.
  • Develop and execute strategic risk priorities across the division.
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and maintain risk profiles for the Division and for critical operational areas.
  • Identify, assess, and manage risk obligations, including effective control design.
  • Implement and maintain controls assurance programs within Enterprise Services.
  • Provide risk support to major programs and initiatives, including project risk assessments.
  • Liaise with regulators and internal stakeholders to support governance and oversight.
  • Prepare high-quality materials for executive meetings.
  • Support third-party risk and service provider oversight.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree.
  • Extensive experience in a similar role with a strong risk or compliance background.
  • Deep understanding of risk and compliance frameworks.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior executives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong program and project management skills with the ability to lead change.
  • Good commercial acumen.
