As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide care and support that enhances our residents' wellbeing. You will be committed to the needs of our clients, delivering high quality care, maintaining an optimal level of dignity, respect, comfort, and quality of life for them.

You will work with a supportive and friendly team at our Westhaven Community located in Melbourne. We offer a comfortable and well-supported work environment, good staff-to-resident ratios, and great roster flexibility.

We are looking for a warm, compassionate, and reliable team member who is a good listener and can understand our clients' needs. You should be flexible to work various shifts including weekends and have a minimum Certificate III in Individual Support.
