Housekeeping Lead

Discovery Parks Resorts is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Housekeeping Lead.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping team, ensuring that high standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout the resort.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is essential
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety standards is required
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are necessary for this role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving results-oriented initiatives. They will also possess a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.

As a key member of the resort's management team, the Housekeeping Lead will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping team
  • Ensure that all rooms and common areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive employee engagement and retention
  • Manage inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely ordering of supplies

The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently, make decisions based on priorities and customer needs, and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

A current valid driver's license is essential for this role.
