Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated retail leader to fill the role of Full Time Assistant Store Manager. This position plays a pivotal part in supporting the Store Manager to achieve overall store success.

Key responsibilities will include creating a customer-centric environment, managing sales performance, delivering consistent store standards, and overseeing costs.

  • Create an engaging store atmosphere that caters to pet parents and their pets
  • Develop and train the store team to provide expert advice on health, nutrition, and wellness products
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to drive sales growth and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales targets, manage costs, and maintain high store standards

About You:

  • A leader with a hands-on approach and a natural passion for animals and people
  • Minimum two years' experience working in a high-volume retailer setting
  • Strong leadership skills with at least one year's experience in management
  • Proven ability to lead a team with a focus on team engagement and development
