Job Title: Advancement Officer Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advancement Officer to join our team in a dynamic role.

The successful candidate will have strong tertiary qualifications and relevant experience in financial management systems, with a proven track record of accurately managing gifts and donations processing. You will also possess excellent analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial requirements and establish associated policies and procedures.

In this role, you will work closely with senior management and key researchers to raise funds for various activities. Your expertise and initiative, combined with your ability to work as an excellent team player, will be vital to your success.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure revenue processing and reporting adhere to internal and external policies and procedures.
  • Manage campaign revenue, gifts/donations processing, financial records management and reporting.
  • Provide service support for programs and initiatives.
