The successful candidate will provide independent and commercially focussed legal advice and support to all business areas of Momentum Energy.
You will be responsible for providing expert legal guidance on consumer law, privacy law, regulatory compliance, and general contract law. This includes representing the Legal Team on business projects and managing external legal providers.
- Eligibility to hold a legal practising certificate in Victoria, and
- 5+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) or prior in-house legal experience.
