About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stocktake Team Leader to join our team at the Cotton On Group. As a Stocktake Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the stocktake process and team to ensure the stocktake is executed efficiently and effectively.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a team of stocktake coordinators to ensure the stocktake process is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinating and supervising stocktakes across the region, ensuring all stock is accurately counted and recorded.
  • Supporting the store manager to audit the stocktake and ensure all discrepancies are resolved.
  • Completing administrative duties, including revising stocktake reports and maintaining accurate records.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including store managers and team members.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A solid understanding of the retail environment and stocktake processes.
  • Previous experience managing and influencing a team to deliver excellent results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A driver's license and own transport, with the ability to travel up to 1-2 hours' drive.
