Job Summary

The role of a Digital Systems Support and Training Officer is crucial to the effective use of digital systems and platforms across the school. This position will provide day-to-day technical assistance, facilitate onboarding and ongoing staff training, and ensure high-quality documentation of digital processes.

Key responsibilities include delivering technical training and digital capability development to adult learners, providing support in a dynamic school environment, and fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

  • Demonstrated experience providing digital or IT support in a school, university, or similar environment.
  • Experience delivering technical training or digital capability development to adult learners.
  • Ability to deliver responsive support and proactive training in a dynamic school environment.

This is a full-time, fixed-term, contracted position for 12 months. The ideal candidate will be confident working with the Microsoft Office 365 suite, experienced with Apple devices (iPad and Mac), and capable of delivering both responsive support and proactive training in a dynamic school environment.

Additional requirements include holding a South Australian Working with Children Check and providing evidence of completed training in Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education and Care.
