About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Sales Manager to lead our high-performing sales team across VIC/SA/TAS/WA. As a key member of our Commercial Director ANZ's team, you will drive sales and growth of Corin's portfolio of products to new and existing customers within your territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Develop and foster a high-performance and engaging culture through the leadership and management of your sales team, including recruitment, onboarding, ongoing performance management, motivating, training, and development of staff.
  • New Business Development: Manage and facilitate the attainment of new business while maintaining current key client relationships through disciplined opportunity management and key account management processes.
  • Sales Team Management: Manage and direct the sales team's day-to-day activities within your region, including sales-related activities and case coverage.
  • Product Sales and Pipeline Planning: Create and implement new and existing product sales and pipeline plans.
  • Client Engagement: Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients, including price negotiations.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with forecasting inventory requirements and setting stock levels to enable the Company to maintain adequate implant and instrument stocks.
About You
  • Relevant Qualifications: Relevant bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in orthopaedics sales, with prior experience and knowledge working within hip or knee replacement essential.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading, motivating, and directly managing a sales team.
  • Business Acumen: High level of business acumen, and interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and time management skills.
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
