About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Retail Leasing Executive, working closely with our clients to provide comprehensive transaction management services. Your primary focus will be to support the national Retail Leasing Manager and Director in implementing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and manage Retail Branch Lease transactions to ensure optimal outcomes for our clients.
  • Execute property and leasing services, including commercial performance analysis, client liaison, and budget control.
  • Negotiate lease renewals, relocations, and refurbishments to secure favorable terms and incentives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure market-level rents and maximize client value.
  • Collaborate with the national Retail Leasing Manager to develop and implement policies and procedures that drive business success.
  • Provide and review information to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Ensure timely updates to leasing minutes and portfolio databases.
  • Investigate local market trends to inform future developments and strategic decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to exceed service delivery expectations.
  • Prepare regular reports detailing property status and performance, including recommendations for lease negotiations.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Lease Executive in a retail environment.
  • Relevant State Real Estate Licence or Sub-Agents Licence.
  • Ability to think strategically and handle complex issues concurrently.
  • Goal-oriented and focused on meeting performance targets.
  • Excellent client service and communication skills.
  • Strong financial acumen to create monthly financial and productivity reports.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to work effectively with the retail team.
  • Superior Microsoft Excel skills.
