Key Leadership Role for Manufacturing Excellence

This dynamic and results-driven position offers a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing manufacturing site. As a strategic leader, you will drive safety, efficiency, and team capability to deliver exceptional results for our customers.

You will work closely with national and local support teams, leading improvement initiatives, embedding a culture of continuous excellence, and ensuring systems and processes reflect best practice.

This is a hands-on leadership position that thrives in a fast-paced environment, passionate about developing people and driving innovation. You will be responsible for championing a safety-first culture, executing site improvement plans aligned with business strategy, building capability through coaching and mentoring, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver customer excellence.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in manufacturing, construction materials, or FMCG, with strong engagement and coaching capabilities. They also possess excellent communication and business acumen, as well as experience leading large teams. Additionally, they should have knowledge of systems such as ERP (M3, M4, SAP) and reporting tools (Qlik, Power BI).

A proactive mindset that drives innovation is essential for this role. The successful candidate will be part of a supportive team continually finding better ways to operate, making it easier for our customers to achieve their goals.
