The Opportunity:

We are seeking a visionary Centre Director to lead our Ipswich Early Education Centre. In this role, you will inspire and motivate a dedicated team of early childhood professionals to deliver exceptional results every day.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of daily operations, including administration, health and safety, compliance, and staff development, ensuring the highest standards are met.
  • Driving occupancy and exceeding targets while delivering outstanding care to families.
  • Fostering a culture of growth and development, empowering your team to reach their full potential.
  • Ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements, managing staff rosters and ratios, and maintaining strong supervision.
  • Building and maintaining meaningful relationships with children, families, and staff to create a thriving and supportive community.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a centre.
  • Previous experience in an Early Childhood Education leadership role.
  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education or actively pursuing one.
  • Current Qld Blue Card.
  • Passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for children.
