We are seeking a skilled and experienced legal professional to join our team as a Transformation Lawyer. This is an 18-month full-time opportunity with flexible work arrangements considered.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and amend legal precedents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Migrate precedents into the new case management system, applying the firm's style guide.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build a high-quality precedent library.
- Lead and coordinate the precedent update program, including audit, review, redesign, and stakeholder consultation phases.
- Manage metadata tagging, structuring, and quality checks during migration.
- Work with legal teams to identify document needs and validate updated versions.
- Track legislative changes and update affected precedents accordingly.
- Optimise precedents for automation platforms.
- Provide guidance and training on accessing the updated precedent library.
- Maintain version control, document integrity, and record-keeping protocols.
- Tertiary and postgraduate qualifications in Law.
- Current Practising Certificate.
- Strong knowledge of legal processes and document drafting.
- Excellent computer literacy and understanding of technology in practice.
- Strong internal stakeholder relationship management.
- Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail.
