OSH Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced educator to oversee the daily operations of our OSHC service. As a leader, you will be responsible for developing engaging programs that promote child development and learning.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the OSHC service, creating a positive and inclusive environment for children, families, and school staff.
- Design and implement educational programs that align with best practices in child development and education.
- Collaborate with a professional team to achieve optimal outcomes for the service.
- Diploma in Children's Services or Early Childhood Education (ACECQA equivalent) and experience in OSHC or a similar field.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- A passion for creating a positive and enriching experience for children.
