Job Title: OSHC Program Leader

We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to lead our OSH Club team. As a key member, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, developing engaging programs for children aged 5-12 years, and fostering strong relationships with parents, schools, and the community.

About the Role:

  • Develop and facilitate child-centered programs, incorporating STEM, sport, cooking, art, and craft activities that promote learning and development.
  • Lead a team of Educators, including roster management, compliance administration, and providing guidance on best practices.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety while maintaining a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Foster healthy relationships with children, parents, schools, and the community through effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team, building rapport and trust among colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Enjoy working with children and have a passion for delivering high-quality programs that cater to diverse needs and interests.
  • Hold or willing to obtain relevant qualifications, such as a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, and comply with all necessary checks, including a national police check and state check for working with children.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with industry best practices and research-based initiatives.
