Lead Quality and Education in Our Care Home

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality and Education Manager to join our team at Bupa Wodonga. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality-focused leadership and coaching to our care team.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of care and services provided.
  • Manage and deliver high-quality clinical care to our residents, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation consistent with policy, legislation, and privacy requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Nursing with current APHRA registration.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Aged Care and Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) is desirable.
  • Proven track record in delivering quality clinical care, coaching, and training.
  • Ability to foster a team environment and build collaborative relationships.
  • Highly effective communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
  • An understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards, and Outcomes.
