Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Digital Identity Architect to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our security team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing robust digital identity solutions that protect our clients' sensitive information and ensure seamless user experiences.
About the Role
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and assess existing systems, identifying opportunities for digital identity integration.
- Design and architect PAM solutions tailored to meet clients' needs, collaborating with technical teams to ensure successful implementation and customization.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on PAM functionalities and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth adoption of technology solutions.
- You will also coordinate and validate artifacts related to audit queries, providing remediation for identified gaps and supporting operations teams with minor security patches and application onboarding.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of experience in PAM architecture design, consulting, and identity governance.
- Specialized knowledge of IBM PAM products like Sail Point, Saviynt, Okta, Entra ID, Cyber Ark, and Beyond Trust.
- Proven experience as a PAM security professional in client-facing roles, preferably in identity and access management.
- Familiarity with related technologies such as SSO, MFA, and identity federation.
- Experience with identity and access management frameworks, protocols, and standards (e.g., OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML).
- Proficiency in designing and implementing PAM solutions in complex enterprise environments.
