Senior Identity & Access Management Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Identity & Access Management (IDAM) Specialist to join a high-performing team.

This role focuses on driving innovation, leading change, and shaping the future of secure digital access. Key responsibilities include providing technical leadership, leading enhancement initiatives, and working hands-on to design, build, and deploy solutions for critical business applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and guide technical strategies for IDAM systems, promoting best practices and innovation.
  • Architect, enhance, and support complex software solutions across legacy and modern platforms.
  • Influence and shape organisation's software development, integration, and system architecture standards.
  • Drive automation and continuous integration initiatives to streamline operations and enhance resilience.
  • Supervise and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • Ensure secure, seamless, and scalable IDAM environments across on-premises and cloud solutions.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in software delivery methods, designing solutions that deliver business value.
  • Strong knowledge of contemporary Identity solutions, including directories and access management services, and application of design patterns.
  • Experience developing and supporting Identity and Access Management integrations.
  • Proven track record of designing, building, and maintaining robust IDAM solutions with tangible business outcomes.
  • Knowledge and experience with cross-functional agile delivery.
  • Expertise in NetIQ, eDirectory, Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, and ADFS.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft technologies and some DevOps tools (Puppet, Bitbucket, Red Hat Satellite).
  • Hands-on system administration experience with RHEL Linux and Windows environments.
  • Ability to work with SaaS requirements, SSO, RBAC, and modern identity frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, and a drive for quality and innovation.
