We specialise in procurement and contract management, offering strategic and tailored advice on complex procurement and contract management matters, leadership and support across the full procurement lifecycle, and guidance on risk management, procurement strategy, negotiation planning, and compliance with relevant frameworks.Our Procurement Team
We specialise in delivering strategic, high-quality advice and support to government procurement projects, contract and vendor management, as well as commercial and financial procurement-related advice. We provide tailored advice to support our clients through the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, ensuring value for money outcomes and compliance with legislative frameworks.Who We Are Looking For
Our procurement team is growing, and we are seeking suitably qualified and experienced procurement and contract management professionals to join us. We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated and driven, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.We require:
- A strong understanding of the Commonwealth Procurement Rules, including connected and related policies and frameworks;
- Experience across the full procurement lifecycle — from strategy and planning, tender development and evaluation, through to negotiation, contract establishment, and contract management;
- Experience leading small teams to achieve defined outcomes;
- An ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders and clients;
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with both qualitative and quantitative analysis skills and a keen attention to detail;
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to deliver exceptional client service;
- Self-motivated and confident with the ability to influence and guide clients effectively;
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues;
