About the Role

ClearCompany is currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Safety Advisor to join their team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the effective implementation of WHS processes, overseeing safety-related activities, and providing guidance and support to on-site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement WHS strategies to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
  2. Coordinate safety training programs and conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain up-to-date safety documentation.
  4. Conduct pre-start briefings, inductions, and health and safety audits to ensure a safe working environment.
  5. Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to promote a culture of safety.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Hold a minimum of a Cert IV in WHS or equivalent qualification.
  2. Possess over 5 years of experience in HSE, ideally with high-rise experience.
  3. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  4. Show a strong understanding of current legislation, regulations, and building codes.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve safety objectives.
