The Role

As Duty Manager, you will oversee all operations of our Food and Beverage facilities, including staff management, procedure oversight, and problem-solving. Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Manage, train, and develop a high-performing team to achieve operational excellence
  • Lead the guest experience and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure Food Safety Standards and compliance with all safety, statutory, and quality standards
  • Assist in day-to-day operations, including opening and closing cash drawers, cash handling, and answering phone calls

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
