A well-established estate agency based in London is seeking a credit controller for their lettings division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Chase rent arrears and manage rent insurance claims
  • Adjust rent due dates and update systems to generate rent demands
  • Communicate regularly with property managers and client accountants
Requirements
  • Proven track record in credit control
  • Knowledge of the lettings industry, including experience with Section 21 and Section 8 notices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Benefits
  • Salary range: £28,000 - £32,000, depending on experience and knowledge
