Lead Retail Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven leader to guide our new retail store and team to success in Wollongong.

About the Role:

  • To manage day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring successful outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • To implement effective financial management strategies and operational standards.
  • To drive key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead by example, demonstrating a high level of enthusiasm and commitment to customer service excellence.

Responsibilities:

  1. Successful operation of the store on a daily basis.
  2. Financial management, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
  3. Implementing operational standards and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Leading teams to achieve sales, wages, KPIs and stock loss targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven retail management experience with a strong track record of success.
  • Demonstrated understanding of key performance indicators for a retail business.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve outstanding results.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
