Skechers Australia is seeking a dynamic leader to manage one of our retail stores. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams, driving sales growth, and maintaining high store standards. You will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and maintain excellent customer service
  • Managing stock levels, visual merchandising, and store presentation to drive sales growth
  • Coaching and mentoring staff to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Ensuring efficient operational processes and maintaining high store standards
