Infrastructure Transformation Lead

AECOM's water resources team in Melbourne is seeking a highly skilled and collaborative professional to lead our efforts in providing integrated delivery services for water resources projects across all industry sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Direction: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to ensure technical excellence and compliance with industry standards.
- Project Delivery: Oversee a diverse range of projects across transport, water, energy, mining, and private sector markets, leveraging your expertise in drainage, flooding, and integrated water management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with local, regional, and global colleagues to deliver complex projects that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary degree and CPEng accreditation
- In-depth knowledge of drainage, flooding, and integrated water management principles
- Strong leadership skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing team members
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to clients and stakeholders
- A willingness to champion new ideas and promote innovation within the team
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
