About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Store Manager to oversee stock processes within the store. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and maintain stock administration and inventory management, ensuring seamless operations.
During off-peak periods, you will contribute to the store's overall success by delivering sales productivity through exceptional customer connections, personal KPIs, and operational responsibilities.
Your time spent on stock duties will vary between 50-100% of your hours, depending on the time period in store.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Managing and leading store and offsite stock operations while maintaining stock standards
- Leading and training Stock Team Members within the store
- Assisting in coordinating and executing store transfers
- Working closely with the leadership team to ensure transparency across all stock-related processes
- Assisting with set up of store promotions and visual merchandising
- Providing a genuine and unique experience for every customer aligned with the Peter Alexander brand
- Working collaboratively within a team environment to achieve individual and store targets
- Minimizing stock loss by following company loss prevention policies and procedures
- Promoting and complying with Company Health & Safety Policies and Procedures
