About this role

This position offers independence and autonomy, where you'll play a key role in supporting project teams nationally in delivering successful project outcomes.

You'll drive planning, coordination, and control functions across a portfolio of projects. Your focus will be on integrated project controls, including cost management, scheduling, reporting, and risk coordination, ensuring projects remain on track and aligned with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules (MS Project) including milestones, task dependencies, and resource planning.
  • Track progress against project baselines and provide performance updates to project managers and stakeholders.
  • Support cost estimation, budget tracking, and financial forecasting across multiple projects.
  • Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risk.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and finance teams to align schedules and budgets with delivery expectations.
  • Support change control processes by capturing scope changes and evaluating their impacts.
  • Assist in the identification of risks and contribute to the development of mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, dashboards, and structured reporting tools.
  • Support project closeout activities by ensuring final deliverables, reporting, and documentation are completed accurately.

About You

  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project and Excel.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
