Our organisation is looking for an experienced Retail Leader to oversee the daily operations of our retail restaurant. This role requires a strong commercial background with proven experience in managing inventory, stock levels, and reducing shrinkage.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant tertiary qualification in Business or retail management and a minimum 12 months' experience in commercial retail management at a managerial level. They will also have a strong operational management background and the ability to drive customer service.

This full-time position involves leading all operations and functions of the retail restaurant, including sales and marketing activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with food hygiene standards, and creating and implementing purchasing and marketing plans.

A key aspect of this role is supervising staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction. The Retail Manager will also be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, documenting financial transactions, and coordinating with suppliers.
