Senior Security Consultant Role

This role is focused on delivering security design solutions and advisory services to clients across various sectors, including Transport, Corrections, and Government.


As a Senior Security Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and documenting technical design solutions for physical and electronic security in accordance with Australian Government Physical Security requirements and site-specific client requirements.


You will provide security design and compliance advice to engineering and architecture teams on key projects, ensuring that solutions meet the needs of clients and communities.


The ideal candidate will have more than 5 years' experience in security consulting, advising on physical and electronic security, including design, developing reports and specifications.


Key qualifications include an electrical, electronics, ICT, telecommunications or computer systems engineering background, as well as a current NSW Class 2A Security Consultant Licence.


Additional desirable skills include familiarity with Defence security requirements, SCEC and Security construction compliance audits and inspections, and security qualifications or certificates.
