The Opportunity
The Team Leader role is crucial to the sustainability and growth of EML, as it involves the management of CTP Personal Injury Claims. This role requires leading and supporting a team of employees in developing effective return to work and recovery strategies, as well as delivering a positive customer experience for CTP Claimants in accordance with legislative requirements and performance measures.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure team members achieve performance and KPI targets as set out under the BU performance framework.
- Utilize appropriate feedback to identify, oversee, and foster an efficient, collaborative, and effective customer-centric operating model.
- Identify and evaluate individual and organizational development needs. Deliver individual and group learning and development programs.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation. Maintain awareness of industry developments and trends and respond effectively to changes.
- Oversight of team budget expenditure, if required.
- Effectively manage team resources and priorities.
- Ensure appropriate strategies are in place to maximize performance outcomes and meet the needs of our customers.
About You
- Demonstrated experience in a similar leadership role, leading NSW CTP Case Managers and working within a fast-paced business environment.
- Qualification aligned to Business, Commerce, Personal Injury Management, or Allied Health is advantageous.
- Minimum intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to satisfy a National Police Check.
