Women's Health Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Women's Health Specialist to join our Maternity Services team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective midwifery care strategies, providing leadership and support to the maternity unit team, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing effective midwifery care strategies
- Providing leadership and support to the maternity unit team

- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on key performance indicators
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Extensive experience in midwifery care, preferably in a similar setting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A commitment to evidence-based practice and professional development
- A strong focus on patient-centred care and safety
