Lead Swim Instructor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team of aquatic professionals. As a Lead Swim Instructor, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality swim lessons to students of all ages and skill levels.

About the Role
  • Deliver engaging and safe swimming lessons that cater to the needs of each student.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective lesson plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular feedback to parents.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Valid Swim Teaching Qualification (AUSTSWIM, Swim Australia or equivalent).
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
