The successful candidate will be required to provide domestic assistance, assist with meal preparation and shopping, provide social support and transport to lifestyle activities, personal care, and complex care for customers with high care needs. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with your colleagues and management.

To succeed in this role, you will require a Certificate III or above in Aged Care or Individual Support, Disability or Nursing, as well as relevant experience working in a similar field. Additional immunisations, including diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis (whooping cough), hepatitis B, measles, mumps, rubella (MMR), varicella (chickenpox), TB, influenza, and COVID-19, are also mandatory.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of $39.80 per hour, plus superannuation and paid kilometres.
