The Role:
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a unique blend of facilities management and financial expertise. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facilities, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. You will also manage vendor relationships, including service contracts, procurement, and performance evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to ensure the facility's optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely execution of projects, including office relocations, renovations, and equipment installation.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including service contracts, procurement, and performance evaluations.
  • Provide proactive support for health and safety initiatives, risk assessments, and emergency preparedness planning.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience in facilities management or a related field, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A solid understanding of relevant building codes, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations is also essential. Additionally, proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (financial reporting skills), and strong organizational and time-management skills are required. Experience in managing facilities in a corporate or commercial setting is highly desirable.
