Business Analyst Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Financial Services. This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5-6 years of experience in the field of Business Analysis, with a strong background in records management practices. They should also have mixed business/technical skills, including communicating complex information to stakeholders, project planning, data analysis, and agile methodologies.

Suitable candidates will be able to interpret policies, controls, and other relevant documents, and possess knowledge of how to join datasets based on matching fields and partial matches. Additionally, they should be fast learners, able to work independently, and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analysis of business requirements and development of solutions to meet those needs
  • Collaboration with stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure that solutions meet their needs
  • Development and maintenance of records management systems
  • Creation of reports and presentations to communicate results to stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Business Analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Mixed business/technical skills, including data analysis and agile methodologies
