Lifestyle Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a Lifestyle Coordinator to assist with the development and implementation of specialized activity programs and social activities designed to promote the psychological, social and physical wellbeing of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and execution of activity programs and social events
  • Provide administrative support services
  • Effectively engage with residents and staff
  • Manage a small team, requiring previous experience
  • Work within an aged care environment, which is advantageous

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications and ability to complete documentation and reports
  • High organizational skills
  • Empathy for the elderly and disabled individuals
  • Able to provide proof of COVID-19 immunization
