The role of Transfer Pricing Advisor is to oversee the compliance requirements for a broad range of clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services. This involves designing and implementing transfer pricing strategies for clients, including those involving complex financing transactions.
Collaboration with clients is key to implementing and monitoring operational transfer pricing processes, ensuring alignment with policies and regulations. The successful candidate will also manage firm-related administrative tasks, including billings and risk management, to maintain operational efficiency.
A strong team player, the Transfer Pricing Advisor will guide and delegate tasks to junior team members, supporting their growth and maintaining workflow. Developing strong relationships with clients is crucial to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 4 years of transfer pricing experience in a global accounting firm and/or multinational organisation. A comprehensive knowledge of international and Australian transfer pricing regulations is essential.
Strong problem-solving skills and an enquiring mindset are required to independently develop and sustain client relationships. The ability to work autonomously when needed is also important.
