Job Description

As a dedicated Care Advocate, you will be responsible for developing and implementing case plans that promote the best interests of individuals in crisis.

You will work closely with clients to assess their needs, develop individualized strategies, and provide ongoing support to ensure their safety and well-being.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to build effective relationships with clients, and possess a strong understanding of community services and mental health principles.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma Level in Community Services or Mental Health and/or related experience
  • A current First Aid certificate
  • A current Driver's licence
  • A willingness to undergo a National Police check
