Hand Therapy Specialist

We provide comprehensive hand therapy and rehabilitation services to help our patients achieve their goals. Our team of specialists understand the importance of restoring function and mobility in the hands, allowing individuals to return to their daily activities with confidence.
Our Hand Therapist role is a full-time position located in Caroline Springs, VIC. This individual will be responsible for providing therapeutic interventions, creating and implementing rehabilitation programs, conducting pain management sessions, and assessing patients' work sites for ergonomic improvements.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and patient education skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Relevant qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy/Physiotherapy, registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), and proficiency in therapeutic interventions, post-operative care, and rehabilitation programs.
Job Responsibilities- Provide therapeutic interventions and create rehabilitation programs tailored to individual patient needs
- Conduct pain management sessions and assess patients' work sites for ergonomic improvements
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Educate patients on joint protection techniques and create custom splints and braces as needed
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy/Physiotherapy
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
