As a key player in shaping user experiences, this role will be instrumental in helping us understand our users, products, and services.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to uncover rich insights and frame priorities on our strategic roadmaps.

Key responsibilities include driving qualitative and quantitative research to gain a deeper understanding of our user's needs and most important problems.

Regularly conducting 1:1 user interviews, you will design, scope, and run research initiatives that help deliver upon our most important objectives.

A successful candidate will have 3-6 years of full-time experience in UX design and research-related roles, proven ability to use human-centered insight to answer business questions, and experience leading user research activities.

Candidates should be comfortable articulating the 'why', leading discussions around process, explorations, and conclusions, and possessing strong presentation skills with a creative storytelling style.

  • Drive qualitative and quantitative research to gain a deeper understanding of our user's needs

  • Create user flows, prototypes, and UI designs to solve problems and meet user needs
