Job Description:

The National Lung Cancer Screening Register relies on effective external change and communication strategies to ensure seamless implementation.

  • Develop and implement change management plans tailored to the register's needs.
  • Lead a team to execute these plans and foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, leadership, and stakeholders.
  • Design comprehensive engagement plans covering various sectors, aligning with organisational goals and project objectives.
  • Ambassadorship of the project's impact on end users and implementing strategies for a smooth transition.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design a change program maximising adoption and ensuring a smooth transition for end-users.
  • Craft clear and compelling messages, ensuring consistency in communication across stakeholder groups.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges, developing mitigation strategies in collaboration with project teams.
  • Facilitate workshops with external stakeholders to drive results-oriented discussions.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, government agencies, and digital health sector leaders.
  • Agilely address concerns and adapt the stakeholder management plan as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years' experience leading large-scale change initiatives within digital health, technology, or the broader health sector.
  • Previous experience managing relationships with stakeholders within the government or healthcare sector.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
  • Commitment to quality and safety standards in healthcare.
  • Experience in software implementation projects and understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle.
