Job Description:The National Lung Cancer Screening Register relies on effective external change and communication strategies to ensure seamless implementation.
- Develop and implement change management plans tailored to the register's needs.
- Lead a team to execute these plans and foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, leadership, and stakeholders.
- Design comprehensive engagement plans covering various sectors, aligning with organisational goals and project objectives.
- Ambassadorship of the project's impact on end users and implementing strategies for a smooth transition.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design a change program maximising adoption and ensuring a smooth transition for end-users.
- Craft clear and compelling messages, ensuring consistency in communication across stakeholder groups.
- Identify potential risks and challenges, developing mitigation strategies in collaboration with project teams.
- Facilitate workshops with external stakeholders to drive results-oriented discussions.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, government agencies, and digital health sector leaders.
- Agilely address concerns and adapt the stakeholder management plan as needed.
- 5+ years' experience leading large-scale change initiatives within digital health, technology, or the broader health sector.
- Previous experience managing relationships with stakeholders within the government or healthcare sector.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
- Commitment to quality and safety standards in healthcare.
- Experience in software implementation projects and understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle.
