Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Tradesperson to join our team in Mackay, QLD.

As a Hydraulic Technician, you will be responsible for the workshop and onsite repair and overhaul of hydraulic components, predominantly pumps and mechanical seals.

The ideal candidate will have trade qualifications in Mechanical trades such as Fitter, Turner & Machinist or Plant Mechanic with hydraulic experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workshop and onsite repair and overhaul of hydraulic components
  • Report on equipment following disassembly and inspection
  • Ability to work independently and lead other tradespeople
  • Onsite hydraulic support for local customers

Requirements:

  • Trade qualifications in Mechanical trades (Fitter, Turner & Machinist or Plant Mechanic)
  • Hydraulic experience
  • Understanding the importance of accuracy and quality
