The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- 5+ years of experience in a generalist Talent Acquisition role
- A Bachelor's degree in Business (Human Resources) or equivalent
- Proven experience in advising and coaching business leaders on HR practices
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
