Macquarie University is recruiting an Academic Success Partner to join the dynamic and exciting Academic Success team. This role empowers coursework students' academic success through co-leading curricular and co-curricular programs and services.
The ideal candidate will have a Postgraduate qualification in education or an academic literacies-related field and/or sustained relevant experience delivering academic success programs. A teaching or academic background in a STEM discipline would be beneficial.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Co-lead the design and delivery of curricular and co-curricular programs and services.
- Embed academic, digital and professional literacies in units and courses with academic staff.
- Deliver concurrent support programs to all students, especially those most at risk.
- Develop and implement research-informed strategies to maximise student success.
